HOPE & SERENITY / COACHED TO SUCCESS - Overview of Services

We offer a range of LIFE COACHING services. Coached To Success is our service focused on life issues. Hope & Serenity provides coaching that deals with life issues including addiction and is more intensive

Coaching principles are modern and based on proven techniques. We use the “Co-Creative Theory of Life Recovery” as a foundation.

Coaching is carried out generally by phone or Skype voice or voice/web cam. Face to face sessions are available in our Lindsay office or at a location chosen by the client where distance permits No long distance charges are incurred by clients.

Coaching sessions are by appointment, and last for a 50 minute hour. A session report is sent to clients after each session noting follow up work required and client agreed upon actions. Sessions cancelled without 48 hours notice are charged for. Sessions can be booked on a day and hour that meets the client’s needs, 7 days a week.

ALL SESSIONS ARE COMPLETELY CONFIDENTIAL AND YOUR VOICE WILL BE HEARD THROUGH DEEP LISTENING.

 A FREE TRIAL SESSION (see if coaching is for you, we’ll see if we fit; ability to be able to work together is important to us as well as you) is mandatory for all perspective clients.

Examples of Services:

LIFE TRANSFORMATION (Coached To Success/Hope & Serenity):

Coaching targeted to people who want to move their lives from mundane to rich. Focus may include career, and relationships. We will also work with clients to get or deepen their spiritual (not religious) life.

Process involves goal setting and utilizing the client’s talents to reach their goals. Coaching is designed to help the client transition into a new phase in their lives with a plan.

Generally, this process can be done by telephone.

ADDICTION RECOVERY COACHING (Hope & Serenity only):

This is a unique service offered by Hope & Serenity and is targeted to people who either are suffering from addictions or suffering from the effects of addicted people.

Coaching is based on the 12 step model, and is translated into 7 Footprints.

We are not trained to deal with people using injectables or prescription pain killers, but we are associated with a leading psychiatrist.

Addiction Coaching is 100% confidential is an option to “in-house” treatment programs or may be used as aftercare. Compared to treatment facilities, costs are reasonable.

Sessions are a combination of face-to-face (live internet can be used) and telephone.

There are several heavy work assignments involved.

We will also assist families with interventions.

You will find on our site a questionnaire you are free to complete to answer the question-“Am I Addicted?”

LIFE PURPOSE COACHING (Coached To Success):

Geared for youth and those at the end of careers, life purpose coaching is designed to give definition to the life to come. It truly involves knowing self, and understanding what “happiness” is to the client, and achieving it. We will work with clients to deepen their spiritual (not religious) lives and as a part of life balance, teach simple meditation techniques.

Life Purpose Coaching is geared to those who want zest and balance in life.

TRANSITION CULTURAL COACHING (Coached To Success):

This coaching is designed for those who are new to Canada and want to better understand the norms and become part of “mainstream”.

You will be coached on things like work place differences, teamwork, “giving back”, local prejudices, Canadian slang and on other areas that pose roadblocks to people new to Canada.

We have mentored several newcomers with various backgrounds and assisted them in adjusting.

For those who show a willingness to adjust, we will also try to assist by using our resources to help the client form their own network.
