Cost of Services and Conditions: 

Both Coached To Success and Hope & Serenity are low overhead operations and fees are based on cost recovery. No person who is facing financial hardship and who would otherwise be accepted as a client will be refused because of an inability to pay. Fees are open to discussion for those who cannot afford to pay full fees.

In dealing with addicts, we do consider the potential clients’ dollar cost of active addiction in setting fees. Experience has proved fee paying clients take assignments more seriously.

The services of both Coached To Success and Hope & Serenity are provided on a fee for service basis. Invoicing will be done through Keith Bray Associates, an incorporated consulting company registered in Ontario since 1990. Fees are due in advance and are subject to GST at applicable rates. Our GST # is available if required.

Each person considering using our services will take part in a no cost or obligation “intake” session. The session will allow us to understand potential client issues, hopes and expectation and in return, allow the client a chance to experience coaching and decide if coaching, and our services, are going to be of use to them.

We operate under a published “Code of Ethics” recognized by the “Certified Coaching Alliance”,

Upon agreement by both parties to begin work, the client will be asked to sign a three month commitment. Very few major issues can be dealt with in less time than three months (16-20 session hours)

Fees may be paid by cheque, cash or valid major credit card and fees are due in advance of each monthly cycle. Credit Card payments may be made through our site by using PayPal.

Each client will be asked to complete “intake” paper work, including an Enogram personality profile, prior to commencing sessions. Current testing procedures may be used throughout the process. All results and interpretations are shared openly with the client, our process is transparent.

Each client will be provided with assignments for their sessions, and speed of progress is in direct proportion to the rate assigned work is completed with total honesty.

It is expected clients will book appointments, and the client is responsible for keeping the confirmed appointment. Missed sessions without 48 hours prior notice or a bona fide reason will be billed. This is normal “Professional Practise” procedure.

~ COACHED TO SUCCESS ~

Life Coaching based on the clients hopes and expectations. Self-esteem issues (if any) will be addressed and client centric goals, action and accountability will be the focus.

Normally four hours of session time are held by appointment monthly, and sessions can be a one hour weekly session or 2 half hour sessions per week. Sessions are normally via phone or Skype.

Monthly Fees are $479 Cdn. Due in advance of each 4 week block. If client elects to pay for their 16 hours in advance, fee is $1350 in advance.

  Single Session:

$125 Cnd.

~ Hope & Serenity ~

This area of our practise is geared to people who have an addiction or have been affected by addiction. It is a “treatment” option that can be used as a stand alone program, a precursor to 12 step programs, an after care program for those who have attended treatment or in combination with any of these elements.

Please see our “Client Profile” to understand the appeal of our practise. Confidentiality, flexibility and time considerations as well as our success rate are the primary attraction to our clients.

First Months Fee is $958 Cdn. And provides 2 hours weekly session time over 4 weeks with access to your coach at anytime 24/7. Please see previous information about appointments, assignments, etc.

We believe addiction is in part a disease. Progress varies from client to client and after month one, fees are determined mutually between client and coach dependant on progress. It is not uncommon for clients dealing with addiction to require at least 8 weeks of 2 hour weekly session time. Honesty, openness, priorization and timely completion of assignments will accelerate progress.

 
Group Session:
