Welcome to OUR Site!
I say our site because I hope it will become just that!
This site is open to each person who visits it to join., In joining, you will not be bombarded with materials you did not ask for nor will any information be shared.
While I do coach professionally and post blogs on here, YOU are invited to share openly your thoughts for the benefit of all who visit. Your thoughts and feelings are welcomed and will never be reproduced without your consent. Let's make this site truly interactive.
There are many who visit here who have great ideas. They are welcome, particularly if they can make our site of bigger benefit to others. The companies objective is to help others achieve SUCCESS as they define success. If our services can help, we are pleased, but irregardless we want to see others grow and get the life they deserve.
While we do understand addictions and gladly work with those whose lives have been touched or affected by addiction, a majority of our clients are people who face living issues outside of addiction.
ALSO BE AWARE THAT WHILE OUR COACHING PRACTICE IS FEE FOR SERVICE, in the addiction area, we have never turned down a client that we would take on for a fee because of their inability to pay.
So help us and others by getting actively involved. You are welcome here!

Ready To Take A Look?
Good morning ,
We all seek acceptance and praise. It’s ingrained in our hard-wiring. We instinctively move away from things that upset our equilibrium or threaten us with unpleasantness . We gravitate towards the familiar—towards people who don’t make us uncomfortable. We surround ourselves with people who don’t challenge us.
Many of us are looking for cheerleaders, when what we really need is a coach.
A cheerleader makes you feel good. Tells you what you want to hear. Thinks everything you do or say is witty, clever, or deep. Cheerleaders are great to have around, and most of the time, they’ll make sure that you stay exactly where you are.
A coach makes you uncomfortable—finds your motivational nerves and starts applying the pressure. Good coaches know your goals and figure out what you need to do to reach them. They aren’t afraid to tell you when what you’ve got isn’t good enough, or when you’re moving in the wrong direction. Their job isn’t to make you feel good, it’s to make you sweat. To help you make yourself better.

Don't Like the Inside
Sick and tired of being sick and tired?
Many hear this expression, most don't think about what it really means. Simply put, it means you are not happy with who you are under your skin; you may fool those on the outside, but the inner you is tired and sick of what it is.Think hard about this; can you relate?
As a coach, I offer you hope of changing this situation. Do the work, make the changes, and a whole new world will open up. To put it directly, if you look at the world through a deriere, you will not see pleasant things.
GET THE HELP YOU NEED
You have not come upon this site by accident. You are here because you are struggling with life OR are having difficulties because someone close to you is struggling.
If you really want to explore more and get some answers, let's have a straight forward, no cost, no obligation talk.
Whether the challenges you are facing involve addiction, depression or just under achieving, I have a track record of helping others get things turned around. While I am compassionate, I have a straight forward to the point coaching style; not without humour; but a style that challenges clients to take action. Simply, if I take you on as a client, I guarantee positive results.
There are many "free" avenues people can explore to get things turned around. Several are based on "12 Steps", a program I completely believe in. The steps and their philosophy required much hard work to have a positive effect. It is not the "12 step programme" that results in a 90%+ failure rate, it is the lack of accountability and action that results in failure. As well, there are many who for their own reasons do not want to attend public meetings. While believing in the philosophy of the 12 steps, and incorporating the program into my coaching, I do not think meetings are for everybody.
I do charge a fee, and do so for a reason, and the reason is not entirely personal benefit.
Money puts a value on things, and my coaching expertise is a valuable service for anyone who is not doing as well in the game of life as they hope to. Think about it, do you not equate price to value in the things you purchase daily? And is there anything more important than your personal well being and happiness?
Occasionly, I am critized for charging for a service that is "freely given". Personally, I did use the "freely given" programs, but invested my own finances with trusted professional confidants to achieve the results I was looking for. I have had 18 years of relative peace and serenity in my life and while facing some tough challenges, have not resorted to mood altering chemicals or behaviours.
I have done, and continue to do "service work" with people with issues. I am a very consistant person in approach to one and all. That being said, it is intersting to note that my "paying clients" get good results much more often than my "service" projects. I know that having "skin in the game" makes people take things far more seriously and more value is percieved. We all believe deep down we get what we pay for- and free is not usually valued. My goal is to see every person I work with move positively forward to their own goals. I have not as yet had to give a refund to a paying client; several of my "service" clients are struggling badly. While I will continue to give back freely, I am looking forward to working with people who realize the value of a personal coach, and are committed to the process. If we don't hit goals, there is no cost and as stated, I have never been asked for a refund.
I have recovered and continue in recovery from many issues including addiction s and depression. I have a senior level successful corporate background where I was known as a mentor; I have been a successful small entrepreneur for over 20 years, I am a husband, father and grand father, a son to an ailing mother and a trusted friend to a reasonable circle. I am professionally trained at a certified Masters level to coach, and have had wonderful results with clients.
I am not easily fooled; have not heard everything but most of it, and have walked the path most of my clients have walked. I am honest and work in total confidence and am governed by a strict Code of Professional Ethics.
Your at this site for a reason. Invest a bit of your own time in having a direct conversation with me over the phone or via Skype. It may well be a life game changer for you!
AM I ADDICTED?
AM I ADDICTED?? (A Test)
As a “Certified Addictions Life Coach” I have several tests available to me to help you answer the question. What I think is unimportant; all that matters is the conclusions you draw.
Rather than reinvent the wheel, I am quoting material from Jan Edward Williams which I completely support. While Jan specifically mentions alcohol, by and large that word is interchangeable with any addiction (drugs, gambling, sex, eating, and many more). Keep this in mind as you read through this material and answer questions honestly. Only you will know the results!
First of all, I commend you for making the decision to address your
